Duplicated - CD or DVD
This template is for duplication orders (which are usually less than 500). It has measurements for both small and large inner rings. You can use either size when setting up your CD or DVD disc art.

The 2pg insert is a single square with a print on both sides.

4 page / multi page
The 4pg insert is 1 peice of paper with a print on both sides and folded in half. This template also covers 8, 12, and 16 page booklets and describes how to lay out the pages in 'printer's pairs'.

6 page folded
The 6pg insert is 3 squares with a print on both sides, folded in thirds. Please refer to the template for the various fold options.

The inlay is 1 peice of paper with a spine on both sides. It can be printed single or double sided. It sits behind the tray in a jewel case.

The j-card insert is 1 peice of paper with a spine on 1 side. It can be printed single or double sided. It only fits into a 'singles' case.

The 4 panel digicase is a cardboard case with a clear tray glued into it.
